As a family-business with over 60 years of history and a innovative future orientation at the same time, the education and the support of tomorrows professionals and executives plays a major role at Böhmler.
Therefore in 2021 a new year of education will start. Many of those, who startet as a trainee a few years ago became important permanent employees over the years. To keep that up, the management puts emphasis on high education standards and a sustainable support for the young talents in the company.

This year, three of our trainees successfully took part in several assignments as training ambassadors through the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). They visited various school classes to give pupils an insight into their apprenticeships and talk about their personal experiences.
